Dr. Suganya Venkat

Dr. Suganya Venkat is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with over 15 years of clinical experience. She completed her MBBS at Sri Ramachandra Medical College (SRMC) as a five-time gold medalist, followed by an MD in Pathology from Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, and a DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from GKNM Hospital, Coimbatore.

During her training at CMC Vellore, she developed a deep interest in hormonal disorders — particularly how lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and sleep influence conditions like PCOS. This led her to explore root-cause interventions alongside conventional treatment, an approach she has since refined over thousands of patient consultations.

She founded Fertilia Health to provide holistic, evidence-based programs for women dealing with PCOS, fertility challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. The programs combine medical oversight with personalised nutrition, mental wellness, and daily support through a multidisciplinary team.

Recognising that women in perimenopause and menopause face a similar gap in holistic care, she founded Menolia to extend the same doctor-led approach to midlife women's health.
